Parma ham and melon skewers

2 melons
Parma ham, cut into 1cm slices
Fresh mint leaves



Recipe :
Ball melon with a melon scoop or teaspoon.
Make kebabs alternating melon balls with mint leaves and Parma ham.
Serve chilled.
